28 Jun PhytoSUDOE has taken part in the launching of the new call of the SUDOE Interreg Program in Toulouse
The PhytoSUDOE project was selected by the SUDOE Interreg Program organizers to be presented in the launching of 4th call of the Program, as part of some successful iniatives previosuly funded. PhytoSUDOE consortium representative, Juan Vilela, participated in the morning session “Here it is: the 4th Call for Proposals!!” along with the Innovec-Eau Project and the Joint Secretariat where the main outcomes of the PhytoSUDOE project were summarized. In the afternoon, Juan Vilela and Gerardo Besga (Neiker PhytoSUDOE partner delegate) participated in a debate about soil pollution along with the Soil Take Care Project representative José Darrozes. The importance of the translational expertise exchange, the possibility of influencing local policies on pollution cleaining-up and the need of research by scientific experts in public soils was pointed out.
